Our story began in 1983 when our founder registered the school with the Ministry of Education, bearing the name "Cristofori Music School". Our first school was located at Bukit Timah, and we started off as a humble establishment with just 2 studios for conducting music lessons.

Over the next few years, we set up more branches across the island as the number of our students increased. In 1986, we successfully conducted our first external music examinations (UK) for our students at the school's Bukit Batok branch. In 1987, our annual Students' Concert made its debut; through the years, the concerts have proven to be wonderful opportunities for our students to demonstrate their talents and to hone their performance skills.

Over the past 20 years, we have groomed over 50,000 music enthusiasts, and have helped more than 20,000 students obtain internationally recognised music certifications. To better serve our students and continue providing accessible and quality music education, the school restructured in 2004, and Ossia Music was established to take over four of the Cristofori Music Schools in Singapore, including our earlier two schools in Bukit Timah (1983) and Bukit Batok (1986).

From the very first day in 1983 when the school was established, "Quality Music for Everyone" has been the school's commitment to all our students, and will be for the time to come.
