The Teachers’ Concert that was held on 17th March 2006 at Civic Centre Library Auditorium, was entitled ‘Pasticcio Night 2006’. All programs were presented by our very own music teachers. These teachers chose to contribute their time and energy to present an educational show for their students and parents in the midst of their hectic work schedule. Fortunate members of the audience were treated to a delectable mix of music performed on a variety of instruments such as the grand piano, guitar, electronic organ and the keyboard. The piano duet performance by two highly acclaimed piano masters and charismatic veteran performers, Mr Steve Koo and Mr Chen Dong, stole the limelight as wondrous music full of passion and personality filled the air. Everyone was awakened and kept on their feet by the bombastic and rhythmic beats of the electronic organ and keyboard as ‘music powerhouse’ Ms Joanne Chiew took center stage. All performers drew tremendous applause and gained worthy acknowledgement from the audience as they give out their hearts and souls in producing first-class music.
