The course contains many short and enchanting music to motivate and enhance the interest of learning. To build confidence of first time learner, a simple step by step progressive instruction method is specifically designed to ensure a steady and gentle progress in the students' early stages of learning. Emphasis will be on the accurate intonation, correct posture and proper bowing in order to produce a beautiful tone on the violin. Tones on 4 open strings and notes in the first position on the fingerboard will be used for illustrations. Basic theory of music is also merged in each lesson to keep pace with performance skills.
